A Glance Inside Op. 32

A Note From Our Founder

BOLT RUN CO
OP. 32
Fall 2026

When we started dreaming up our next collection, we kept coming back to space.

Not necessarily space in the literal sense, but the idea of it. The vastness of it. The feeling that there’s always somewhere else to go.

There’s something about running that gives me that same feeling.

Your body can be on the same road you’ve run a hundred times, while your mind is somewhere completely different. You can replay the past, dream up the future, solve a problem—or wander off into another galaxy altogether.

There are moments on a run when the world around you gets quiet and your mind starts to wander. You look up. You think bigger. You feel incredibly small and somehow completely limitless at the same time.

That feeling of movement, wonder, curiosity, and being transported somewhere beyond yourself, became the inspiration behind this collection.

And when it came time to name it, I kept coming back to Gustav Holst’s The Planets.

It’s my favorite orchestral suite. I first fell in love with it while playing it in college orchestra, and I’ve always loved the way it seems to transport you somewhere far away. In a strange way, running has always done the same thing for me.

Its full title is The Planets, Op. 32.

And somehow, Op. 32 felt like the perfect name for a collection about movement, imagination, and all the places we can go, even when our feet are still here on Earth.

Run out loud. XOXO,
Georgie
