There’s something special about race weekends—but this one felt different. The Augusta Half Marathon wasn’t just another race on the calendar for us. It was personal. It was full circle. And most of all, it was a celebration of community, movement, and the magic that happens when women show up for themselves and each other.
This year, the Bolt team showed up in a whole new way—with our very first expo booth.
And let’s just say… we didn’t come to play.
We brought all the essentials to make race weekend feel like a party: free race day glitter (because obviously), a bracelet bar for custom stacks, and exclusive Augusta Half merch. We knew we had to show out for our hometown—and you all showed up right back for us.
But this weekend meant even more when you think about where it all started.
Back in 2018, our founder Georgie ran her very first half marathon at this very race. What began as a challenge quickly turned into something much bigger. After crossing the finish line with her best friend Jackie, they made a promise: one day, they’d run a marathon together.
They did. And from that moment on, Georgie was hooked.
Bolt was born from that spark—the kind that changes your life and makes you believe you’re capable of more than you ever imagined.
So being back in Augusta, surrounded by that same energy, felt surreal.
And we didn’t stop at the expo.
Race day morning, we set up our Bolt cheer zone—and it was everything. A banner stretched across the street, breakfast cooking, music playing, and a crew ready to hype up every single runner who came through. We handed out all the essentials: cold beer (yes, really), orange slices, bananas, and nonstop encouragement.
There is nothing like seeing runners light up when they hear their name, grab a snack, or get that extra push to keep going.
And the best part?
Seeing so many women running in Bolt.
All weekend long, we heard it—the buzz from the Bolt babes. The feedback was everything we hoped for and more. Runners loved the functionality just as much as the look. The back pocket? Perfect for holding phones securely without bouncing. The side mesh pockets? A total game changer for easy access on the go. And across the board, women said the same thing: both the top and bottom held them in, supported them, and made them feel strong.
And let’s talk about the looks.
Reports from the course were clear: the girls were looking GOOD. Cute, chic, confident—and turning heads all over town. People weren’t just cheering—they were asking:
“Where did they get those outfits?!”
If you were wondering too… yes–you just found your next race day outfit.
Augusta, you showed up in every way possible. From the expo to the course to the cheer zone, this weekend was a reminder of why we do what we do. It’s about more than running. It’s about connection, confidence, and creating moments that stay with you long after the finish line.
We’re just getting started.
See you at the next start line. 💫
